With the Professional Package, you will get 7 modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Loan & Benefit, ESS).

Meanwhile, with the Basic Edition Package, you will only get 4 modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll).

Absolutely! The HRIS Software of LinovHR can be accessed online through website or mobile applications. This enables HR to work from anywhere without having to be in the office.

Yes, the HRIS Software of LinovHR facilitates companies to manage employee attendance and leave through a specific module called Time Management. In this module, HR can set work schedules, manage leave balances, permissions, attendance recap, and much more.

To find out whether their leave, sick leave, or permission requests have been approved, employees just need to check through the ESS (Employee Self Service) application. Additionally, the system will also send an email to the employee notifying them that their request has been approved.

Yes, The HRIS Software of LinovHR comes with self-service features that employees can use to record their attendance, request leave and permissions, access pay slips, and manage their personal data. This employee self-service application can be installed on iOS and Android devices.

Each module in LinovHR HRIS Software is equipped with a Report feature that can be downloaded for analysis purposes. This Report feature can also be customized according to needs.

For now, this cannot be accommodated. However, if your need is merely to manage payroll from calculating, generating payslips, to transferring salaries, you can use LinovHR’s payroll service that accommodates all of these.
